2. Service Description & AI Disclosure
Profiles on xWildChat may not represent real people. We may use artificial intelligence (AI) chatters, bots, or simulated profiles to provide chatting services. You acknowledge that some or all interactions may be with AI-generated entities rather than real human users.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to post or transmit any content that is illegal, discriminatory, racist, hateful, harassing, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose.
4. Admin Rights
We reserve the absolute right to delete, suspend, or remove any profile or content at any time, for any reason or no reason, without notice or liability.
5. Monetization
We may earn commissions from third-party offers users sign up for on our platform. We also generate revenue through advertising.
6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LENAST VENTURES LIMITED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED €50.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Nicosia, Cyprus.
